Join us to hear what this spectacular man and authentic aviator has to say to the experience of his lifetime. June 24, 1982, Captain Eric Moody's plane flew through an ash cloud and all four engines flamed out. The challenges that followed were many, but the reason they survived was due to his innate skills as an aviator, personality of a leader, and good sense.
Eric's humor, modesty and view on CRM is surprising, entertaining and will make you laugh. His story is nothing short of amazing.
Happy Flying!

How interesting to see aviation from Eric's generation's p.o.v. Things have changed so fast in the last fifty years -- I would definitely enjoy reading his book.
ReplyDeleteThanks Linda, If he hasn't written it... somebody should! You can't come up with lines like his... they're authentic, funny and to the point.
ReplyDeleteI once had the pleasure and honour of meeting Eric a few years ago and watched a presentation he did on that flight. Just one word: WOW.
ReplyDeleteThanks Mike! He is a Wow for sure!
