Many years ago I started on the right seat of a DC-10 (Cargo), the Captain...GREAT PERSON!!! taught me a lot etc. but he smoke one cigarrete after the other....almost the whole flight, I could not say anything.....this was about 6 months, I was afraid to affect the relationship.
