Putting an End to Medical Corruption

 One Doctor at a Time

Dr. Alan Kozarsky

Have you been harmed by Dr. Kozarsky in the HIMS program? If so, please contact me at Karlene.Petitt@gmail.com. A law firm has been retained, on behalf of a Delta pilot, to sue Dr. Kozarsky. However, this could easily turn into multi-plaintiff lawsuit.

When you visit Dr. Kozarsky you'll find him in a business office, not a medical facility. Book shelves on the left and right,  a big mahogany desk in the center covered with paperwork, and shoved off in the right corner is a bed. Through a back door is a bathroom where pilots pee in a cup and then leave the open container. Now about the man.

I don't know if Kozarsky is negligent or just another bought off doctor like Dr. Altman who accepted $74,000 to write a false medical diagnosis, but I've seen too many red flags and believe this is a very strong case. Based upon what I have read, my opinion is that Kozarsky is abusing his medical license. From documents concerning his interpretation of test results, emails regarding inappropriate behavior, a photo copy of notes from a call he made trying to convince a psychiatrist to fail a pilot, request of excessive cash payments, and my conversation with his colleague Dr. Chien all point a finger at a bit of corruption.

I have read multiple emails to Delta regarding Kozarsky's inappropriate behavior of which Delta took no action. Contrary, Delta forces pilots to see Dr. Kozarsky. He even made Captain Ratfield expose her breasts so he could listen to her heart. He stopped monitoring her despite his requirements under the HIMS program when Delta was on their attack, making her non compliant to the program.

There was an damning conversation between Kozarsky and a psychiatrist about a pilot that was so inappropriate and illegal, that the psychiatrist would not take the case and an employee in his office, who heard the conversation and read the notes, was so appalled that the individual copied those notes and provided them to the pilot in warning of what Kozarsky was up to. I have those notes.

AME Dr. Bruce Chien, stated "He's (Kozarsky) kind of in Delta. Well, he couldn't survive without Delta. Some AMEs get bought. Not saying he is, but it's a conflict of interest." Dr. Chien's words, not mine. But Delta has been sponsoring Dr, Kozarsky's non-profit, and Delta has been ordering select HIMS patients to see him; subject to termination if the pilot does not comply. In a lawsuit all this will become evidence. Discovery can be powerful. While you cannot count on the individual for production that will hang them, when others have the incriminating evidence the truth shall be told.

Captain Ratfield had reported Dr. Kozarsky's "heinous and unnecessary behavior" to Delta CEO Mr. Bastian, and senior executives and management pilots, but nothing was done. ALPA even advised her to not take action against Kozarsky, as she was trying to save her career.

No more listening to ALPA. Today a pilot is taking action against Dr. Kozarsky and all will be exposed. I offered to write this post in effort to find other victims to help people with closure. There is nothing worse than being a victim of a crime, helpless to do anything about it, with your career on line if you fight. But finding justice will help with closure. It will also ensure this does not happen to anyone else.  If the FAA doesn't take action, and the medical boards protect their own, it's up to those who are harmed. Sometimes you have to remove one bad apple at a time.

Enjoy the Journey
