I just returned from the Women of Aviation Conference. The people I met, and connections I made, were nothing short of amazing. This was a place where hopes, dreams and sprits soared high. But also amazing stories of issues (that should not be happening in today's world) were shared. The only way to create change is to not remain silent.
We are learning that holding each other's hands we can make a chain of support so strong, that nothing will break our spirit.
Be strong. Reach out. Communicate.
Communication is the key to change. You are not alone. I will write more this week and on Frida I will share the most amazing story of a woman I am proud to call my friend.
