Aviation Scholarship

 A Christmas Gift in the making!

The Greater Seattle Chapter of The Ninety-Nines will award a scholarship in the amount of $2,000 to a student pilot to be used toward completion of a Private Pilot Certificate, including flight and simulator training, ground school, and test fees.

To be eligible, you must: 

• Be a female resident of Western Washington, fifteen (15) years of age or older. 
• Be a member of The Ninety-Nines. 
• Have logged a minimum of six (6) hours flight time. 
• Be enrolled in a recognized ground school or be able to provide proof of participation in ground school instruction. 
• Possess current Medical and Student Pilot Certificates. 
• Provide anticipated written exam date. 
• Be willing to work with a mentor who is a member of The Ninety-Nines and attend Greater Seattle Chapter meetings to report on your progress.
