  1. I finished Flight for Truth today and can't wait until Flight for Justice is published in February.Flight for Truth is a "must read" for those following Darby Bradshaw. Who, you ask? To get to know Darby, start at Flight for Control and follow Darby and her friends thru the series of five novels! You will get to know about aviation in a new way.

  2. Flight For Truth is an exciting addition to the "Flight For..." series. It is a well written synopsis of the industry, unfortunately. I say unfortunately because the industry should be better. Although the book is a work of fiction, I know all too well many of the events described are real life. As a retired military pilot snd 30+ year pilot at a major airline, I see the truth in Karlene's work. I can't wait fir Flight For Justice.

  3. I read Normalization Of Deviance with great interest. This was a long-awaited book for me. It was worth the wait. Every pilot should read this immediately. As a pilot of over 43 years, Including time as a major airline Flight Instructor and Line Check Pilot, I too have seen the steady degradation of hand-flying skills of our pilots. It is sometimes to the point of scary. Karlene presents hundreds of true anecdotes from professional pilots around the world, showing the problem is not isolated to one airline, or one region. It is a worldwide problem. The current training situation creates pilots who have very little systems knowledge and get very little "stick" time. It is time to fix the industry.

    1. Andy, Thank you so much for the great review. I am glad you enjoyed it. But it's really scary that the non-fiction book is the scariest of all.
