"Riggin Flight Service in Madison, South Dakota provides an in house DPE, mechanic, and off-site housing for their flight students. Riggin is looking for some new student pilots interested in becoming flight instructors. They provide loans to finance the flight training that don’t need to be repaid until the student’s training and flight instruction at Riggin is finished."
