I don't think there is buy insurance for a stupid decision on the ground. So in this aspect, I'm thinking more so important in the flight deck. The big difference with the business (or management) world, are the consequences of poor leadership. How many times, when the Captain has told his FO, "shut up, I'm the boss", has there been loss of life? In the business world, it normally has impact on profits.
